When you visit and use this website, the following personal data may be processed:
- Server logs (automatic): IP address, date and time of access, page accessed, browser and operating system used, referrer URL. This data is recorded by the hosting provider Netlify.
- Contact form (only when actively used): name, company name, email address, current website (optional), message content.
3. Purpose and legal basis of processing
Server logs / hosting
Processing takes place to provide the website in a technically secure manner. Legal basis: Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR (legitimate interest in a stable, secure operation of the website).
Contact form
The data entered is used exclusively to handle your enquiry and to make contact. Legal basis: Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR (pre-contractual measures) as well as Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR (consent through active submission).
4. Hosting: Netlify
This website is hosted and provided via the service Netlify. The provider is:

As a processor, Netlify processes technical access data (server logs) on our behalf and — when the contact form is used — the submitted form data. As Netlify is a US company, personal data may be transferred to the USA.

- The EU-US Data Privacy Framework and EU Standard Contractual Clauses (SCC) pursuant to Art. 46 (2) GDPR as the basis for the transfer to a third country (USA).

5. Contact form and Netlify Forms
When you submit the contact form, your entries are processed via Netlify Forms and stored on Netlify servers (USA). The data is used exclusively to respond to your enquiry and is not passed on to further third parties, unless this is necessary to carry out the assignment or there are legal obligations to do so.
Legal basis: Art. 6 (1) (b) and (a) GDPR. The form data is deleted once processing is complete, at the latest after 12 months, unless statutory retention obligations apply.
6. Fonts (Google Fonts)
This website loads the fonts DM Serif Display and DM Sans via Google Fonts (Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland). When the page first loads, a connection to Google servers is established, during which your IP address may be transmitted.

7. Cookies and tracking
This website uses no tracking cookies of its own, no analytics services (e.g. Google Analytics) and no advertising networks.

8. Storage period

- Contact form data: Is deleted once your enquiry has been processed, at the latest after 12 months, unless statutory retention obligations (e.g. UGB, BAO in Austria) apply.
9. Disclosure to third parties
Personal data is only disclosed insofar as this is necessary for the operation of the website, the handling of enquiries or due to legal obligations.
- To Netlify as hosting and form service provider on the basis of a data processing agreement pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR.
